| Function Description | The results showed that SUMO1P3 was significantly up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues compared with paired-adjacent nontumorous tissues. Its expression level was significantly correlated with tumor size, differentiation, lymphatic metastasis, and invasion. We found that SUMO1P3 is up-regulated in gastric cancer and may be a new tumor marker for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. |
