| Function Description | TCONS_00001798 is significantly down regulated in NSCLC tumor tissues compared with adjacent non-tumor tissues. The decreased expression of TCONS_00001798 is negatively associated with lymph node metastasis and advanced pathological stage. It was determined that TCONS_00001798 expression may be a potential indepen- dent prognostic factor for OS and DFS rates, and NSCLC pathological stage lncRNA TCONS_00001798 may serve an essential role in the development and progression of NSCLC via invasion and metastasis. |
