| Function Description | Four upregulated and four downregulated lncRNAs from differentially expressed lncRNAs were randomly selected. Using RT-qPCR the results of microarray in PC9/R vs. PC9 were validated. The expression levels of ENST00000507437, ENST00000508827, NR_026685 and BC087858 were upregulated and ENST00000381279, ENST00000418077, BG188549 and BE244504 were downregulated. Thus, the microarray data were confirmed by RT-qPCR. |
