| Function Description | We further analyzed the expression of the top 2 downregulated and up-regulated lncRNAs in 20 GC tissues and corresponding nontumourous tissues by qRT-PCR. The expression of HIF1A-AS1 and PVT1 drastically decreased in GC tumor tissues. Conversely, the expression of CBR3-AS1 and UCA1 increased. Moreover, UCA1 expression also increased in plasma from GC patients and a positive correlation was noted between GC tissues and plasma. |
