| Function Description | The expression of ZNF674-AS1 in the HCC cell lines was significantly downregulated compared with that in the normal liver cell line. The expression of ZNF674-AS1 was downregulated in 72% (99/137) of HCC tissues compared with that in paired adjacent normal tissues. The results showed that the ZNF674-AS1 expression level was significantly correlated with metastasis, clinical stage, and histopathologic grading. |
