| Function Description | In conclusion, our data suggest that the lncRNA CRNDE promotes the progression of CRC and is a potential therapeutic target for CRC intervention. However, the above studies have singly pointed that CRNDE plays an oncogene function by regulating miRNA. The more effective and complex mechanisms of CRNDE deserve further study. |
