| Function Description | DUXAP10 was significantly overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues,and its expression was positively correlated with tumor size and FIGO stage in clinical patients. DUXAP10 played a role in promoting the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells and was expected to be a predictor and a potential therapeutic target of ovarian cancer. The overall survival rate of DUXAP10 overexpressing ovarian cancer patients was significantly lower than that of DUXAP10 low expression group. |
