function description Expression levels of lncRNA CCAT1 in BC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues. High expression of lncRNA CCAT1 was associated with differentiation grade, TNM stage, and lymph node metastases. Kaplan-Meier analysis with the log-rank test indicated that high expression of lncRNA CCAT1 had a decreased overall survival and progression-free survival. Multivariable analysis was further identified high expression of lncRNA CCAT1 as an independent prognosis factor for overall survival and progression-free survival.
