regulated down-regulated
function description Ten different lncRNAs were applied in this study, which was reported to be associated with Notch-1. The level of these ten lncRNAs in breast tumors and adjacent normal tissues were evaluated, which suggested that HOTAIR and MALAT1 increased most significantly, and LUNAR1 and GAS5 decreased most significantly. High level of Notch-1 provided a poor prognosis in breast cancer. Interference of Notch-1 significantly suppressed proliferation of T47D cell, and significantly increased the level of GAS5.
