function description In the 43 breast cancer tissues, PVT1 expression was significantly higher in those with the GG genotype than that in the GA or AA genotype. Compared to normal tissues with any of the genotypes, PVT1 expression was also higher in the tumors with the GG genotype. These findings suggest that the GG genotype of SNP rs13281615 influences breast cancer development likely by modulating PVT1 expression.
