function description An interaction between SOX2 and PVT1, which promotes breast cancer growth and invasion through epithelial to mesenchymal transition. To further reveal the function of SOX2/ PVT1 in breast cancer, the MTT and invasion assay were performed through silencing of PVT1 or SOX2. We found that either knockdown PVT1 or blocking SOX2 can suppress breast cancer cell growth and invasion through inhibition of EMT.
