| Function Description | Generation of GFP-Foxo3-Fu: this construct contained the GFP andFoxo3 fusion protein. GFP was amplified by two primers EGFP-347F andEGFP-CApaI, followed by digestion withXhoI¨CApaI. Foxo3 was amplifiedwith two primers ciR-FoxN-ApaI and ciR-FoxC-XbaI (cut withApaI¨CXbaI).The plasmid pEGFP-N1 was cut withXhoI¨CXbaI, followed by insertion of theGFP and Foxo3 fragments. |
