| Function Description | Taken together, ourfindings reveal an oncogenic role of circIRAK3in BC metastasis by sponging miR-3607 and regulating FOXC1 expres-sion. Moreover, circIRAK3 expression is significantly increased in me-tastatic BC cells and is correlated with a high risk of recurrence indistant organs and the poor prognosis of BC patients. Therefore,circIRAK3 might act as a potential predictor and therapeutic target formetastatic BC. |
