| Function Description | To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study investigating circ-research established that circ-ITCH is a tumor suppressor and a promising prognostic biomarker for TNBC, and results also revealed that circ-ITCH inhibits TNBC progression by inactivating the Wnt/-catenin pathway throughregulation of the miR-214/ miR-17/ITCH axis. Further studies, however, are warranted to explore its role in other diseases. |
