| Function Description | In summary, we demonstrated for thefirst time thatcircKDM4C was downregulated in breast cancer tissues andcell lines. Our results not only elucidate the potentialmechanism by which circRNAs regulate the progressionand chemoresistance of breast cancer, but also suggest thatthe circKDM4C/miR-548p/ PBLD axis could be a potentialtherapeutic target for breast cancer patients. |
