| Function Description | In summary, our study indicates circRAD18 is upregulated and correlated with more advanced stages and worse clinical outcomes in TNBC. CircRAD18 promotes cell proliferation, migration and inhibites apoptosis through sponging miR-208a/3164 to enhance IGF1 and FGF2 expression. Therefore, circRAD18 may serve as a novel prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target for TNBC in the future |
