| Function Description | In summary, our study indicates circRAD18 isup-regulated and correlated with more advanced stages and worseclinical outcomes in TNBC. CircRAD18 promotescell proliferation, migrationand inhibitesapoptosisthrough sponging miR-208a/3164 to enhance IGF1and FGF2expression. Therefore, circRAD18 may serve as a novel prognostic biomarker and potential therapeutic target for TNBC in the future. |
