regulated Down?
Function Description To sum up, this study showed that the overexpression of circRNA_103809 could directly regulated the function of miR-532-3p, followed by arrest at G2/M phase and suppression of cell proliferation and metastasis via interfering EMT signaling pathway in breast cancer. However, there are some limitations in this study. That is, the molecules downstream of the circRNA_103809/miR-532-3p axis are unknown, and in vivo anti-tumor effect induced by circRNA_103809 overexpression are unclear. Overall, our findings indicate that circRNA_103809 might be a promising target for breast cancer therapy.
