| Function Description | In conclusion, this study unveiled the critical role ofcircRNF20 in the BC progress and Warburg effect.Mechanistically, circRNF20 harbor miR-487a, acting asmiRNA sponge, and then miR-487a targeted the 3¡¯-UTRof hypoxia-inducible factor-1¦Á(HIF-1¦Á). Moreover, HIF-1¦Ácould bind with the promoter of HK2 and promoted itstranscription. Thefinding illustrates the vital role ofcircRNF20/ miR-487a/HIF-1¦Á/HK2 axis in BCtumorigenesis. |
